How CBK rewards work

CBK is CoinBack's crypto cashback reward token on the Hedera network. This page explains how rewards are calculated, when they become available, and how payouts work. CBK rewards are incentives, not investment returns, and nothing here is financial advice.

How CBK rewards work

CBK is CoinBack's crypto cashback reward token on the Hedera network. It is an HTS native token with 8 decimal places. Here is a quick summary of the rules:

  • Earn 1 CBK for every $1 credited to you for shopping or signing up through CoinBack referral links.
  • Rewards vest in up to 6 monthly installments, released one per month when you are active for at least 7 days.
  • Request a payout once at least 10 CBK has vested; a 0.5 CBK fee is deducted per payout.
  • A 0.1% transfer fee applies on-chain to the treasury.
  • CBK is minted and airdropped to your connected self-custody wallet.

How rewards are earned

You receive CBK as an incentive for shopping or signing up through CoinBack referral links. The incentive amount is set when the reward is credited, at a rate of 1 CBK for every $1 credited. Rewards then vest in up to 6 monthly installments. One installment is released for each month in which you are active on CoinBack for at least 7 days.

Payouts, fees and wallets

Once at least 10 CBK has vested, you can request a payout. CBK is minted and airdropped to your connected self-custody wallet. A 0.5 CBK fee is deducted per payout, and a 0.1% on-chain transfer fee goes to the treasury.

You connect your own Hedera wallet, such as HashPack or Blade, through WalletConnect. CoinBack never holds or controls your private keys. CBK has a floating market price; CoinBack does not promise any price floor or redemption value. If you sell CBK, any KYC requirements are handled by the exchange, not by CoinBack.

CBK rewards are incentives, not investment returns. Nothing on this page is financial advice. MiCA review is pending.
