  • Your wallet public key and Hedera account ID — public blockchain data.
  • Your reward and payout records.
  • The market and language you choose.
  • Technical server logs.

We do not store IP addresses in our click statistics.

How we use your data

  • To run your account, rewards and payouts — the performance of our agreement with you.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.
  • To verify legal age on restricted categories such as gambling — a legal obligation.

What we never do

  • We use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
  • We never sell personal data.

Cookies

We use four strictly necessary cookies:

  • sessionid — keeps you signed in.
  • csrftoken — protects you from cross-site request forgery.
  • language_code — remembers your market.
  • cbk_age_gate — remembers your 18+ confirmation.

We do not use optional cookies, so no consent banner is needed.

Who we share data with

  • Our email delivery provider, which sends your login codes.
  • Our hosting provider.
  • Affiliate networks and merchants: when you click out to a partner, your tracking alias is passed so the referral can be attributed to you — their own privacy policies apply on their sites.
  • The Hedera network: on-chain transactions are public, so your wallet address and transferred amounts are visible on the public ledger.

How long we keep your data

  • Account data for as long as your account is active.
  • Technical logs for a short period.
  • On-chain data is permanent by design of the blockchain.

Your rights

  • You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to privacy@coinback.page.
  • You can reset the age-gate consent by clearing your browser cookies.
  • You can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
